The Worst Courier Service Ever!!!!!

I have experienced the worst courier services with Aramex ,I have been waiting for my parcels for 10 days now ,the customer service is rude , unfriendly and very unhelpful,the tracking they ask us to do is pointless since they tell a client lies each time I called them I am told the parcel will be there today or tomorrow but it never gets to me.I have cancelled a lot of things due to waiting for a parcel that never arrived,what must one do to get their parcel and forget never use the courier service again as I write I am still waiting for my parcel,but Why ????????? I would never recommend this company to anyone I know
