The worst courier service ever!!!!

I am really disappointed in the service from Aramex, I placed an order on shein, they allocated Aramex normally I am with buffalo. To my disappointment I still have not received my package your statuses are mixed up my package was in Sandton Saturday I called to ask what is going on the lady said no the package is not there, right keep in mind I already paid taxes last week and needed the package on Monday for my child’s dress up at school she did not have her dress up clothes so she went with normal clothes called yesterday The guy said no my package is being held in customs due to Cosmetics products – right it was in Sandton then in OR tambo then we called again today the package was mistakenly taken to PRETORIA so now its stuck there what is going on ??????? I will be placing a hello Peter Review and will send an email to shein to tell them what happened. The worst courier service ever!!!! I want my package!
