The worst courier service.

This was the first and last time that i would ever use them! 12 days i have been waiting for my parcel you can't phone them because they don't answer the phones the app is completely useless because nothing happens there. I would go as far as to go and collect my parcel from the depo in Johannesburg but you can't get an address or anyone to answer the phones. I have never in my life experience such bad service
