The Worst Courier Company on Planet Earth!

Honestly if it was possible to give them zero I would! I am so upset by Aramex’s incompetence! I have been waiting for my delivery which was handed over to Aramex my MAC in JHB on Tuesday the 2nd of December! I received an sms that the Parcel arrived at the “delivery branch” on the 4th but til this day the 12th December I don’t have my parcel! I was told that they have a backlog which I understood and was very patient about until I realised that these people actually don’t care and are very ***********!

I have been met with empty promises every time I called, from, “your issue has been escalated, to we will email you the ETA, to we will call you back” which never happens.

Yesterday the 11th Dec, my hopes were high again as the tracking activity showed that my parcel was handed over to an agent but guess what? It never came! And today the 12th? The tracking says “miss route”! I am starting to wonder if these people actually have my parcel or not!

I have spoken to different agents almost everyday, Thina, Wayde some I can’t even remember, and nothing has happened. Please somebody do something 😡😡😡
