The worst courier company in South Africa and then some

I asked and asked and logged requests to change my address to my residential one. My parcel for which I paid shipping for was delivered to an empty office! Sat on the phone for 20 min and cannot get through, social media is silent. Next stop, going to a police station Never have seen a company refuse to give service before and I am out of pocket. Will not do business with them.
