You can trust Aramex to NOT deliver ANY customer service. You can trust them to NOT answer your call. You can trust them not to deliver your packages on time, EVEN when they send you a message to say that you will receive your delivery. You can trust them NOT to be trustworthy, NOT to find out what is happening to your delivery and to lie to you about your delivery. They have ZERO customer service, zero pride in themselves and are just pathetic. To contact them you need at least an hour, IF they do not cut you off. They say that your parcel is in safe hands, that is not the truth. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
