The Worst and the Best Service of my life

Two specific people at Aramex Cape Town should be fired or demoted. They are clearly there just for the paycheck. I won't name and shame them. However, on the opposite side, there are two people that work there that by far have given me the best service ever by any company and they are Shanon Franks in accounts and Mandy Jiri. These two ladies responded to my needs immediately to help keep my small business name in tact. They need a raise or a promotion. They made me feel like I was the only client of Aramex. Special shout out to Candice and Pamela for responding so swiftly to my desperate email. Funny that my customer account manager couldn't sort out this issue and left me high and dry along with her team leader. There's a special place in hell for them.
