The worse company ever!

I've been dealing with a problem with this company for 2 weeks now. I have a lot of thing that were suppose to have been delivered and now they want me to pay for delivery when the company I bought the products from payed long time ago . I have a hair business and client have been waiting for they orders long time . I'm trying to communicate with them but now they forcing me to pay for something that was already payed for. This is the worse delivery company ever. No one wants to assist me, if I call them they make me hold too long on the phone and you hear people talking in the background as if they laughing at you. I've never been so upset in my life. This company is playing with something that puts food in my mouth and my child mouth.
