This reputable giant, an innovator and reliable service provider has fallen off its pedestal & straight into the long drop. Collections are skipped, call centres answer 9 hours later, There executive are notified of problems and in week nothing is heard, 72 hour delivery window, whereas pre-covid they achieved same at cheaper cost the next day, nationwide. Even with a 72 hour window, they can't cope. ATM we're on 120 hours, and it will go on to 146 hours.

After 36 years, this is intolerable and I shan't permit my recipients to be subjected to such unprofessionalism. They are a lost cause. The reasons do not have any bearing, just results. A massive eternal raspberry!
