The official delivery time has expired. Where are my goods?

Today on the 10 April 2023 I sent a message to Aramex, requesting them to confirm the tracking of my order. (The delivery was supposed to take place between the 5th to the 8th April).

In the process, I then received two messages in less than an hour. -The first one states that I have to first make a payment. -And the second one states that my order will be delivered in less than 48 hrs. Now I'm left confused and anxious.
