THE MOST USELESS COMPANY EVER

USELESS, UTTERLY USELESS. I'm waiting for a quite urgent package, delivery will be between 8am and 5pm, and nooooooooo, they can not give you a more accurate time, because what if the driver wants to pull in at a mall, go for a movie and an ice cream, how dare you request that your package/shipment be delivered during this precious pampering time. I had to contact them to ask where the delivery are just before 5pm, oh sorry we could not deliver to you today, but will deliver tomorrow. A day later, delivery still somewhere between 8am and 5pm, and once again I have no package. The driver got lost or didn't feel like working any further for the day so the "tracking" states they tried(bo-ho, cry me a river) but I was not available, we'll try again tomorrow. And all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience, we will deliver tomorrow.

And apparently they strive for service excellence...... Don't make me laugh, they can't spell service if their money depended on it.

You can easily track your shipment??????? What a complete joke, to say "out for delivery" is not tracking, that is like saying "we threw your package in a track, but don't really care what happens after that. You may get it today, or maybe tomorrow, maybe next year, who knows, we'll see how we feel after the first meter we drove."

Oh and don't you dare be rude and angry when you call the customer care line, because they do not want to know the service is bad. They just want to live in a fairyland where all the customers call just to sing praise to their service. Pathetic isn't even enough to explain how useless this company is and 1star is waaaaaayyyyyyy to good a rating, if I could rate them -10 stars I would.
