The most disgusting service

It's a pity there is no rating lower than this. I have been expecting a delivery since 26 April, I then called them on Monday, 09/05, only to be told that the courier carrying my shipment was hijacked on 28 April. No one from the company had a decency to call me or the sender about this. To make matters worse, is that there is no refund, nothing since it was not insured, has anyone ever told us about the insurance, no. How could a shipment worth more than R1500 just go away like that without any reimbur*****t. I am fuming as I write this review.
