The Grinch that stole Christmas

I ordered a parcel to be delivered on their express option over night shipping on the 21st of December, due to arrive at my door on the 22nd/23rd of December. This was obviously too much to ask from aramex, although they give that option and is more than happy to take your additional money for the "fast" service. With hours of calling and following up, I at last got the parcel by collecting it from their affiliate company’s head office. I have asked for a refund for services not rendered, and seeing how they do business I am not holding my breath. Don’t use they services if you are looking for reliability and punctuality.
