"Thank you" Edith and Aramex

Still the worst courier company around, not sure why any company still uses them. The support centre, in this case Edith from the Whatsapp line specifically, are just as useless as their actual drivers. I was meant to get my package, from DIYElectronics, on Wednesday, without even trying to deliver they noted on the tracking system they attempted and I was not home (I was home the full day and I have a camera recording my gate, there was nothing), they did the same thing on Thursday and on Friday. Each day I tried to enage with them to get them to call when they are here (which they didnt, but as noted they didn't even try to deliver), I tried to fetch the package which was met with excuses. The mentioned Edith ended the chat on whatsapp without even trying to help or get a solution to get the package to me as I cannot sit at home for 3 more days waiting with them not even trying to deliver.
