Terrifying Customer Service

There is absolutely no such thing as "customer service" within Aramex, I have spend more than 5 hours in totality holding to speak to somebody regarding my shipment and the paperwork that should be send to me to clear the item at customs, with no success.

I would never recommend Aramex to anyone who runs a business, it sucks the life out of you trying to beg Aramex staff to do their duties.
