Terrible Servuce

Aramex south africa has the worst servuce that i have ever experienced. I have posted a parcel that is perishable and paid for overnight delivery. On tracking the parcel i was only told then that they do not accept perishable items and that my parcel will only reach next week. What us the point if paying for overnight delivery if its going to take a week to deliver. Very poor srvice and a waste of money. How does this company get away with this kind of behaviour and theft? They do not even deserve a raring. That is how bad the service quality is.
