Terrible service - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Customer Service is disgusting and they do not deliver! I sent out 5 parcels last week and paid. 3 were not even collected from the store yet but I paid for next day delivery. 1 parcel needed to be rerouted. I call customer service, they take my email address promising to call back. They never do. I'm so utterly disgusted and annoyed. No urgency, no empathy, no ownership. Nothing. Will not recommend.
