Terrible service with Aramex couriers

I m frustrated with the terrible service rendered by aramex courier as I have been waiting for my parcel since 30th of November 2022. I have check and made follow ups and the status is on rescheduled for delivery from the 3rd of December 2022 ,I have lodged the complains but nothing has been done and when checking the status of the complain is in process.I am considering to take the route of lodging a complaint with ombudsman office.
