Terrible service on all fronts.

Terrible service, no communication and lies. A package was sent from Durban for me to receive in Johannesburg the next day. That day I phoned and a lady told me that it arrived and it was in the warehouse, I complained because next day delivery was not met and I was told it’ll be delivered tomorrow, tomorrow came and after 4pm I was told that they would deliver it by 20:00, that didn’t happen. The next day I called and they said it’s still in the warehouse and it’ll be delivered, I didn’t believe it and called again and then I was told the package was in the warehouse and wasn’t found, now the package is lost and an investigation is underway, a week later and I still don’t get any feedback. Pathetic service.
