Terrible service! Never again!

I send a parcel to Australia on 25 October, today is 26 November and Aramex keeps telling me they’ll get back to me “tomorrow”, every time I send them an email asking for my money back.

I regret not checking their reviews on this site before making use of their horrible service. I will NEVER EVER make use of their services again.
