Terrible service. Item not delivered!

Received a failed delivery attempt on 13 Dec. NOBODY contacted me! After contacting your cc, and confirming that all of my details are correct and have not changed, i was told that i would get my delivery by 19 Dec, as I will be leavening Jhb on the 20th. Well, today is the 19th and I have contacted your cc again. I was now told that my item is not booked for delivery and is in fact at the depot. I was also told that there are no managers available to escalate this to! I am really upset. I need my item delivered the first thing tomorrow morning as I will be leaving Jhb. This is terrible service and I'm not sure why Amazon is using your services! My tracking number s ***.
