Terrible service, highly frustrated

I received notification that my parcel will be delivered yesterday, it is still out on delivery today, I sent a WhatsApp message to them, after hours I received a Hello, I am .... How can I be of assistance, and that was that. I have always experienced bad service from them. How on earth do you get someone to assist, it where is my parcel, am I going to wait weeks? It is absolutely absurd!!!
