Terrible Service from Aramex South Africa

Absolutely TERRIBLE service from Aramex South Africa!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 9th December 2019. The driver was extremely impatient and ended up turning back with my parcel. I sent an official complaint, of which no action was taken. To date I have not received my parcel, and I am unable to get ahold of Aramex South Africa. on all their contact numbers, you wait for no less than 30 minutes, only to not be assisted.

Aramex South Africa is a terribly administered company with no regard for customer service. TOTAL DISSATISFACTION!
