Terrible service from Aramex South Africa

I am so upset with the company. I´ve been waiting for my parcel since Friday. I reached out to the company via whatsapp and no assistance was given, no communication or whatsoever from your team. I´ve been patient enough with you guys and I honestly feel that you are being very unfair to me especially after I reached out to you.
