Terrible service from Aramex SA

Received their notification this morning that delivery would happen today. I contacted them to ask for a delivery time and the response was that they couldn't give one but the driver will call if they can. The driver did not call and the delivery was not completed a d has been rescheduled. They still can't tell me when.

Their lack of care for the service they provide is unbelievable.
