Terrible service from Aramex

They dont even deserve one star! Being receiving smses saying expect delivery before 17.00 for 3 days now. Spent 3 days waiting for the supposedly overnight delivery and is still yet to come. They say they tried to deliver it yesterday but no one was home. There were 3 people in the house the whole day and we received another delivery so its total lies. Now today they say they tried to call but we have no record of any call. I offered to collect but they say this is not possible due to Covid protocols. Will NEVER use Aramex again!! We have never had this run around with Courier Guy or any other delivery company. Disgusting service and they call centre is little to no help.
