Terrible service from aramex

Aramex is some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I ordered a product from London on the 2nd of November, it arrived in Joburg 4 days later on the 6th of November and this was through Asendia, brilliant service on their behalf. It has remained at that location since the 6th. I have tried contacting customer service via email only to be told I will get a reply in 48 hours. Still no reply, I have sent 4 in total now and all have long past 48 hours and only one was rep**** to and unfortunately this was the only email where I did not include my tracking number so it was useless anyways. I phoned aramex today and after more than 40 minutes of waiting, I was finally put through to someone who ‘could help me’, only to be told that they were expecting someone to come through and check the parcel either today or tomorrow, I am just praying that this is actually the case.
