Terrible service from Aramex

After 3 month of sending parcel. I was told the parcel was delivered to someone I dont know, so I ask how. Waited at the Linbeo gate for Aramex personnel to explain what happened as customers are not allowed beyond the gate. Finally decided to choose my peace and left with parcel lost and no explanation.
