Terrible service from a terrible company.

If I could I would give no stars at all. The most pathetic courier service ever. After waisting almost 2 hours holding on on different occasions the last few days, with no reply, I am officially giving up. From now on I will ask the company I am buying from who they use for deliveries, if it is Aramex, I will rather shop somewhere else. My parcel take longer to get form their one facility than what DHL can ship something from Amazon in the US to my door. Empty promises and no feedback.
