Terrible service!

This shipping company must be the worst one ever. My package with important documents that needed to be sent in by the end of this week hasn't arrived yet. It was sent out on March 27, and today is April 9. The tracking record and the chatbot tell you something different from what the agents will tell you, not to mention the admin you have to go through just to be assisted. The business is very disappointing.
