Terrible service.

If I could give them a Zero I would. I paid for overnight shipment and it’s been 7days with not delivery. The package was being delivered from Cape Town but it’s been in Durban for 6days and I have not received it. No explanation on what’s taking so long when I call and no clear date on when I will receive my parcel.
