Terrible service

I can’t track my package real time, I’ve ordered last month and when I call in the lady is telling me that my package will be delivered in 2 weeks - how does it take a logistics company that charged me an arm and a leg in fees to take almost 3 weeks to deliver my package because they have a lot of work according to the lady who works there.
