Terrible service delivery

I sent a parcel from Durban to Ladysmith on Friday 19 July, and it still has not been delivered. The worst part is that the Durban branch NEVER answers their phones. I have to hold on for hours and eventually have to call another branch to get them to answer my call or call me back. They promise the world, but their service delivery is absolutely **********.
