Terrible service!!

It took Aramex almost a whole week to update comments on the parcel, when they finally did and I chatted to a an Agent by the name of Tshepo, he advised that my parcel was misplaced so that would cause a further delay.

He didn't even advise on the eta for a misplaced parcel nevemind apologize.

This is terrible service!
