Terrible service

Their drivers will claim to have arrived at your place and leave with your package without calling. When you call the call centre they will tell you "our drivers don't call" like you are supposed to sense when a driver is outside. They don't even bother providing you with the courier's contact number so that you may contact them yourself. Log a complaint with them and you wont hear back in days.
