Terrible service

I have experienced terrible service with Aramex for a almost three weeks without my parcel being delivered, I gave them all the required information but seem like they loosing it or misplacing it. We have provided the delivery address four times or more but they are not delivering my parcel. The customer service online they are not helping. Aramex used to be good but not anymore, I will never use their service anymore, they even failing to contact the receiver to update about the delay, the parcel was supposed to be delivered in 3 days but now its been more than 3 weeks without any delivery. Bad bad bad service, Aramex cnt deliver!
