Terrible Service and Stupid Delivery process!

Hideous i tell you.. 48hours my foot!!! You guys are the worse ever!! imagine someone coming to drop off something and not think it is a good idea to call you and tell you they are at the frikken gate. what's supposed to happen?? stand outside the complex and wait for someone you do not know and do not know when they will get here?? Insane!11!

when i finally call, the person who picked up the phone with Reference "CPT112097" picks up and is so annoyed as I try to speak to her she has a "Please drop off cause i don't want to speak to you" attitude.

that was my last package with you guys and i wish you well in the near future.
