Terrible service and no delivery

I purchased products from the UK on 8 August which arrived in SA on 13 August. It has been held in customs and according to tracking it states "awaiting customer instructions" as well as "held and awaiting payment. I have not received any communication from them. I have emailed and called numerous times and there is no answer or no one is wiling to assist. This is really unacceptable and terrible service!
