Terrible service and lost my parcel

I dropped parcel at their box on the 15th of Dec & on the 18th I noticed that it in Cape Town and I called to change the postal code - few days I noticed it hasn’t moved and I called again and told it will be back in Jhb and eventually it was in Jhb and confirmed again the right postal code but the parcel was not moving - every single day I called and I am told someone will call me back and today it the 31st and the parcel is delivered back in Cape Town and I call I am told all managers are on meetings and they will look into it. Who received my parcel and why it back again in Cape Town where for the past more than 10 days we have been changing the postal code and even confirmed the receivers details, I want the parcel back to me
