Terrible Service, and customer service is useless

Terrible service, and customer care is a standard bot response. They do not provide a courier service as advertised on their website or the courier sleeves. I used the store to door option via Pick & Pay dropbox. Do not use this service! If Aramex fail to collect or loose your parcel, you cannot get a refund from Pick & Pay. I always used Aramex in the past, but my last few bookings with them have been terrible. Rather use another courier company.
