Terrible service and being called stupid

Trying to query an invoice as the origin is incorrect and that causes that the taxes will be incorrect. Been emailing and calling for a week now and no one is assisting me!!1 One call center agent passing on to the next and the one actually saying I am stupid to think they made a mistake!! All I want is a correct invoice to make payment.
