Terrible service all round

Not very happy with the service.

It was send on Friday and I expected delivery by Monday or Tuesday.

The tracking online showed that the parcel was being passed between Durban and PMB all week, which is rather pathetic to be honest. I do wonder if these people know what they are doing.

Mother phoned as I am deaf and a very rude lady told her to phone the Durban Depot. It is their job to ensure that the parcel is delivered, not being passed around between depots and to be delivered on time.

The sender of the parcel phoned to inquire what was going on. Told him that they were going to deliver today. They phone my mother and ask if they can deliver on Monday instead.

Wow this is really pathetic. You had all week to deliver the parcel. I will never use your service again.
