Terrible Service

The driver called me to ask for my address, I gave him the same address he had, he went back with my parcel, a week later and 4 phone calls I still have not received my parcel. The lady in the call center transferred before I even told her the whole story. Terrible service to say the least, oh one of the agents had a nerve to suggest that I go fetch my parcel from their offices.
