Terrible service

Good afternoon, I dropped off a parcel at Pick n Pay Workshop on the 23rd of December 2019. The client has been waiting and now I find out that its still in Durban. Can you contact the client and tell them how soon she will get her parcel in Bloemfontein and inform me too. The tracking number is DBP***. Excluding the holidays this is now 72 hours and not 24 hours sla. I need this parcel delivered today please. This is not an outlying area I sent the parcel too.
