Terrible service

I have had a parcel been cleared from Customs on the 17th already, when speaking to aramex they told me to allow for 72 hours to clear and then it will arrive at its destination, it is now a week later and absolutely still no movement! I then phoned head office yesterday where I have call recording of the lady saying she will make sure my parcel gets here today, and I still dont see any movement and now when I speak to the agent on whatsapp they are telling me to allow for another 72 hours - AM I ever going to get my parcel or must I keep allowing for 72 hours?? This is horrible
