Terrible service

Was a terriable service... I have used over R 300 airtime calling their call centre to assist with my parcel that was suppose to be delivered by the 18th Dec this is a Christmas gift which still hasn't arrived and christmas is tomorrow.

I wull never recommend them to anyone going forward as well as Im going to report this srevive to the business I have bought this gift from to not use Aramax going forward as people don't seem to get there delivery or allow anyone to speak to a manager...
