Terrible, rude, unprofessional service

What pathetic service. On Monday I got a call to say I have a delivery and I wasn’t home, I was then told they would deliver on Tuesday and again nothing. After no delivery Tuesday I was told delivery will take place between 13:00&16:00 on Thursday its now 17:41 and still nothing when I called in an hour ago I was told the drivers route was changed but I received no communication and that I would recieve a call in 15mins with an update and still nothing. I do not have a tracking because this was a competition I won. I now know I will never make use or recommend ARAMEX ever! Firstly I was never notified that anything was being delivered the professional thing to do is advise a customer the day before. Secondly there is no communication about anything which is very unprofessional and all they give you is excuse after excuse.

I then called back at 18:45 and hour after I was told my delivery is around the corner and the so called ‘boss’ in charge of the drivers was nothing but unprofessional and gets annoyed when questioned, he does not deserve the job he is in there are so many people looking for work and then you get unprofessional, rude and down right pathetic people running company names into the ground. This guy wants to ask me why wasn’t I home when they wanted to deliver, like I mentioned this was a competition so i therefore did not know when delivery would take place so why does ARAMEX not call clients the day before to say they are coming? We wasted a whole week sitting around waiting for these drivers to deliver and here I am still sitting with no delivery and nothing but pathetic service and excuses!! I would not recommend anyone to make use of this company.
