Terrible poor service

I dropped my parcel on 05 August 2021 in kwaggafontein pick n pay plaza, around 14h00 and even today we have not received that parcel and today is the 20 August 2021.imagine is been the whole 3 weeks waiting. I made a follow up last week that's when they started investigating it since they said it was not showing. Finally Wednesday they said it was on durban hub and will be delivered latest today on Friday now when we call they say on Monday. Their service is very terrible. This is my 3rd time with them and I always experience bad service. I mean waiting for 3 week and having to beg for the service that I paid for. I'm an unhappy customer and will never use it
