Terrible phone service Aramex

I have 2 reviews to make. On the 7th of december, I sent 2 parcels. 1 to fourways the other to soweto. The one to fourways was very quick. Excellent. But the one to fourways has been stuck at one place since the 7th. I have already called Aramex 10 times, being in the waiting line for almost 10 minutes or more and then it just hangs up. 1 person answered the call i asked her what was happening with the phones. When i told her i am trying to trace she asked me to hold to which i was in line for 10 mins again and the phone just hung up. I am very frustrated. What should 1 do to get some service?
