Terrible non existent service

Your service has been utterly terrible.

I have a clients Crystal Doedtman parcel sitting in Germany since 25 August due to a mistake from your side and NO ONE is doing anything about it.

This parcel was supposed to be delivered to USA but due to you entering info incorrectly it is sitting in Germany and I'm not getting any help in moving this parcel to the correct address
